I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s been feeling difficult, at your own pace. People come to counselling for many different reasons, and you don’t need to have everything worked out before starting.

Get to Know Me

My name is Dalia, and I am an integrative counsellor offering a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s been on your mind.

I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, as well as those navigating change or wanting a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is gentle and collaborative, and I aim to meet you where you are, rather than rushing towards solutions or outcomes.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to suit your individual needs. This means our sessions are shaped by what feels most helpful for you, at your pace and in a way that respects your experiences, values, and boundaries.

I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) and work in line with their ethical framework. I value creating a relationship built on trust, care, and curiosity, where you feel heard and supported as you explore whatever you choose to bring.

My work is informed by a background in education and by lived experience of navigating different cultural contexts. Having lived and worked across more than one culture, I am particularly mindful of how identity, belonging, and transition can shape our inner and relational worlds. These experiences continue to influence how I listen and how I work, especially with clients who feel caught between expectations, roles, or ways of being.

Starting counselling can feel like a big step. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal - we can begin from wherever you are.

I aim to offer a space where change can happen naturally through understanding, reflection, and compassion.

Therapy Sessions

Experience transformative therapy sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes, providing a safe space for self-exploration and growth. I offer personalized guidance to help you navigate life's challenges.

Fees & Payments

Online Sessions: £45

In Person Sessions: £55

Concessions are available in some circumstances. If you would like to ask about this, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Sessions are usually offered weekly at the same time where possible, and payment details can be discussed once we agree to work together.

Online Support

Access therapy conveniently from anywhere with online sessions. I offer virtual counselling to support your mental health journey. Experience the same level of care from the comfort of your home.

Location 

Choose between online or in-person therapy sessions based in Gravesend.
